"MESTREOIL Group Poland Sp. z o. o", located in Bielawa, operates under the Free Zone regulations and is one of the high complexity refineries within the Mediterranean, Middle and Southern Europe Regions. It implement deep conversion units that maximize the production of white products.
Mestre Oil Group Poland Sp. z o. o. was established on 21/8/2015 under the Ministerial Decree No. 323 of 2015 and was registered in the commercial register on 25/8/2015 as an Poles joint stock company under the General Free Zone regulations in accordance with the provisions of Investment Law No. 230 of 1989 and its amendments, which was replaced by Law No. 8 of 1997.
Currently Mestre Oil Group Poland Sp. z o. o. is equipped to produce Euro5 products as the revamping project is almost completed with a total investment of 2.7 billion USD to expand refining capacity to 5 million barrels per month.
